Spring Training -Alone Together
Matthew 26:20-30
Welcome to our Maundy Thursday service as we conclude our Lenten "Spring Training" series.
In baseball, every player stands alone at the plate, yet they play for the name on the front of the jersey. Our faith is much the same. Thursday night, we join the Disciples in the Upper Room as they navigate the tension of being "Alone Together." We examine our own hearts with the question "Is it I?", while finding strength in the team—our families, our traditions, and our God.
Through the disciplines of scripture, prayer, and the Lord’s Supper, we move from the practice field of Lent to the reality of the Cross.

John 20:1-18
The preseason is over. The training is complete. The lights are on, and the tomb is empty! Welcome to our Easter Sunday service, the grand finale of our "Spring Training" series. For the last forty days of Lent, we’ve been conditioning our hearts and honing our spiritual disciplines—prayer, study, giving, and service—to prepare for this very moment. Today, we celebrate Opening Day. Because Christ has risen, the ultimate "game" has already been won. We don’t have to play with the fear of losing; we get to play our positions with the freedom, peace, and joy of knowing the outcome is predetermined. Join us as we dive into John 20:1-18 and discover what it means to step onto the field with the Risen Christ.
